Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
We only replace items for the same item if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: CHRISTINA STRAFTI - BLUE CICADA, 29, Filadelfias St, 17121 Athens, Greece.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items undergo meticulous quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for the order transaction.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: CHRISTINA STRAFTI - BLUE CICADA, 29, Filadelfias St, 17121 Athens, Greece together with the proof of purchase, i.e. the receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but you shall be informed upon receipt of your return.
